Birmingham solicitors oppose regulator’s plan to replace SIF

Jayne Willetts, Chair of Birmingham Law Society Consultation Committee, was quoted on the Legal Futures website in connection with recent SRA proposals to replace SIF with an arrangement similar to the SRA Compensation Fund.
